The internal medicine team at our hospital is equipped with specialist to handle a broad and comprehensive spectrum of illnesses that affect adults, the team also specialises treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, disease prevention, and we also conduct various health promotions. The outpatient department provides care for patients with communicable and non-communicable diseases. .we follow an optimal, evidence-based approach to medical practice and follow internationally accepted protocols that lead to outstanding health outcomes for our patients. The department is supported by a full fledged icu , treating critically ill patients .
The department caters to both in patient and out patients . The department has qualified and experienced surgeons. THe department caters to adult and pediatric ear ,nose and throat medical and surgical care.The department aims to deliver compassionate and caring treatment to our patients .The department is equipped with a 5 step microscope to perform surgeries of the ear.
Pediatric department in SKSH has both Out patient and in patient facilities. OPD has vaccination , nebulisation facilities. All deliveries are attended by pediatric consultants. The hospital has level I NICU with warmer, phototherapy , syringe pumps and continuos monitoring facility for sick babies. Separate pediatric ward is there for in patient facility and kids are attended to by trained staff.
Psychiatry department in SKSH is lead by a consultant psychiatrist who provides out patient care for children, adults and elderly mental illness. The department also provides liaison psychiatry for other inpatient admissions. We also offer counseling, psychotherapy and occupational mental health services. Some common conditions among our attending patients are anxiety, depression, psychosis, adhd, asd, insomnia, neuropsychiatric disorders, memory problems, deaddiction services etc.
